Yes — each search generates fresh artwork, so searching the same phrase again gives you a new set of ten designs to choose from, not the same ones as before.

Try rephrasing — more specific or more evocative phrases tend to produce more distinct results across the ten styles.

Within the same browsing session, yes — navigate around and come back and your results are still there. After a while (or in a new session), you'll need to search again, since we don't pre-generate every possible design ahead of time.

Yes — add as many designs (and sizes) as you like to your cart and check out once.

Every design comes in four sizes: 110, 252, 520, and 1014 pieces, priced accordingly. You pick the size after choosing a design.

Yes — once a design has been ordered, it becomes a regular product with all four sizes available, so it can be re-ordered in a different size afterward.

Yes — each design is an AI-rendered image guided by your search. Your search itself is screened before any artwork is generated. We're upfront about that; read more on our About page.

Every search returns ten designs across different art styles — watercolor, stained glass, botanical illustration, pointillism, and more — so you can compare looks side by side before picking one.

No — we sell physical, printed puzzles only.

Yes — payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Yes — your cart can hold both puzzle designs from search and regular catalog items together, checking out as one order.

Every puzzle is printed to order, so production takes up to 10 business days before it ships, plus standard transit time once it's on its way. Every order ships free.

Since every puzzle is custom-printed just for you, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind. If something's actually wrong with your order, see below — we'll make it right.

We'll replace it or refund you, free of charge — just contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out.
